Remote Assistance
With SimplexGrinnell Remote Assist, you allow our support agents
to view your software screen live over the internet. It's like
having a live support agent on site! We can frequently solve
problems much faster and reduce your time on the phone.
Here's How it Works
- STEP 1: Download the Remote Assist
application by clicking the button below:

- STEP 2: Select Run when
prompted by your browser
- STEP 3: After the application loads, you
will see the following screen. Provide our support agent wit
the ID and Password shown on your screen.

- STEP 4: With your permission our support
agent will begin a remote assist session with you. You remain
in full control of the session. You see exactly what the support
agent is doing and have the option of disconnecting at any time.
